  4. If there’s a shipping delay, we’ll still place the order (if available) and request payment 1-2 weeks before the new shipping date.
  5. We’ll handle the entire shipping and customs process for you.
  6. Once payment is received for an in-stock bike, you can expect delivery within 12-14 days to your doorstep, or you can choose to collect it at one of our service centers.

Ergonomic evolution

For long days on gravel roads your contact points have to be on point, and the new Double Drop Bar delivers the perfect mix of ergonomic and aggressive riding positions thanks to in-depth testing and collaboration with our pro riders. The aero-optimised bar is narrower for a more aerodynamic position, and it's easy to travel with thanks to semi-internal cable routing.

Loaded and locked

The Canyon LOAD FidLock QuickLoader bag* was made specially for the Grail and can be easily attached and removed using a special magnetic clip system. The bag fits seamlessly into the frame and even improves aerodynamics by 1.5 watts in the wind tunnel.

Fine tune your fit

The Grail’s carbon seatpost now features independent saddle setback and tilt adjustment, meaning you can fine tune your position to get your fit and comfort just right.

Clean and tidy front end
