How to order your Canyon Bike?
Step 1: Choose your dream bike
Check out the Canyon bikes on our Canyoncafe website to find your bike. Also check our blog for some bike comparisons and other insights.
Step 2: Contact us
Contact us with any questions for instance on bike models and sizing – or if you already know what you want – with your order (bike model, size, colour) through:

Step 3: Payment
If the bike is available to order, we will place the order for you.
- If your bike is in stock at the global warehouse in Germany, we will request payment from you so that it can be shipped as soon as possible.
- If there is a delayed shipping date, we will request payment 1-2 weeks before the scheduled shipping.
Step 4: Shipment and import
We will handle the shipping and import process through customs.
10-14 days later
Your bike will be delivered to your door 10 to 14 days after we received your payment – provided it is in stock at the global warehouse. Alternatively, you can collect your bike fully assembled at Canyoncafe in Stellenbosch.
Step 5: Enjoy the ride
Enjoy your time on your new bike! For future upgrades, mechanical service or replacement parts, contact us directly. We are here to help.
