The surface-reducing positioning of the STIs also gives you an aerodynamic advantage on flat terrain. Thanks to the moderate105mm drop, comfort is noticeably increased on long rides when riding in an aero position. The special feature of the optional Aero Drops is that the brake lines do not need to be disconnected for installation, and there is no need to bleed them.
