For specific parts that are not regularly stocked, we can arrange to import them upon request. These items will be included in our next shipment at no additional international courier cost.

Please note, the estimated delivery time for such orders is 2-4 weeks.

If you require an urgent Canyon part or accessory that is not available in South Africa, an express shipping and import fee of R2,500 will apply for orders from our Global Warehouse.

The estimated delivery time is 10-12 days from the date of payment.

In rare instances where the requested part is out of stock at the Global Warehouse in Germany, we will inform you along with the expected availability date.
