Specific parts that are not regularly stocked in our shop, we can import them upon request. These items will be included in our next order at no additional international courier cost.

Please note, the estimated delivery time for such orders is 3-5 weeks.

If you require a Canyon part that is not available in South Africa urgently, an express shipping and import fee of R2,500 will apply.

The estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days from the date of payment.

On rare occasions the requested part may be out of stock at the global warehouse in Germany. We will notify you along with the expected availability date.

The waiting period is beyond our control. PayFast payments will not be authorised until availability is confirmed.
