The Spectral is a quiver killing trail bike developed on our home trails of Koblenz. With both the AL or CF models, expect the same core ingredients that deliver grin inducing, playful handling, climb crushing efficiency and gravity-bred capability. A recipe that works on a huge range of trails, for a huge range of riders.
All-rounder ability
The Spectral’s versatility brings playful, capable handling on the trail. Its long and low geo is slack enough to handle serious speed through the rough but also keeps things nimble when trails tighten up.
Trail tough durability
Trail rides can get a little rowdy from time to time, especially on a fun-loving rig like the Spectral. So we've developed both the CF and AL frames to the same strength level as the Strive CFR – Category 4.
Rider-first wheelsizes
Different rider sizes, ride styles, and terrain types mean riders need choice. That's why you'll find mullet and 29er options (excluding size XS – Mullet only). in the Spectral lineup. Ride it however you want.
Trail tuned travel
The Spectral family rides on 150 mm travel forks and 140 or 150 mm of rear suspension for CF and AL respectively. Controlled and composed in the rough, responsive and poppy through flow trails, efficient and supportive on the climbs.

A next-gen bike needs next-gen storage, leave the backpack and straps at home and keep all your essentials in and on your Spectral. Put your trail essentials like CO2 cartridges, CO2 inflator, spare tube, levers, or whatever else you want inside the Canyon LOAD Spectral Tool Pack that fits inside the frame's downtube storage. Keep the 6-in-1 minitool and other small tools within easy reach thanks to the strap-free on-frame storage mounts.

Sometimes we need to take a few extra spares or have certain items quickly at hand. Our top tube mounts deliver instantly accessible storage, such as strap-free frame bags, frame-mounted tools, and more. (Sold separately)

Convertible wheelsizes
Pick your favourite wheelsize and know you can swap your wheels out to run full 29er or mullet setup. The chainstay flip chip lets you easily swap wheelsizes whenever you want.

Triple threat kinematics
Delivering traction, efficiency, and all-round capability, our engineers have maximised the performance from this 140 mm setup. Our Triple Phase Suspension approach has been tweaked to perfection.

Adaptable angles
A 64° head tube angle, 76.5° seat tube angle, roomy reach, and tight chainstays are on point for that modern trail bike feel. The geo flip chip raises the bottom bracket by 8 mm and increases the head tube and seat tube angles by 0.5°.
